Your magnificent meal last Saturday, on the occasion of my wife's birthday, far exceeded our expectations. From the tasty raspberry vinaigrette salad to the melt- in- your mouth pork medallions with the wonderful pear sauce and roasted carrots and parsnips to the healthy fruit parfait for dessert, the meal was memorable.

My wife was recovering from surgery, as I'm sure you recall, and her appetite hasn't been up to par. Your meal changed all that as it brought back her desire to eat and return to health, and I am most grateful for that.

Your meal was a birthday gift from our children and it was extremely appreciated during this period of recovery. I have been cooking most of our meals, and I'm a fair cook, but the cooking and cleaning chore on top of my personal care of my wife has been challenging. Your meal was a welcomed relief.

I was very pleased with the services provided by The Festive Chef for the grand opening of my business. Chef Cassie turned my nice salon into a fabulous venue with fine hors d'oeuvres and wine selections for a successful event. I will be sure to refer interested friends and clients. The Festive Chef prepared hors d'oeuvres and refreshments for my art show and the guests were very impressed with the variety of tastes and decor.  They especially enjoyed the Hoisin Chicken and Almond-Orange shortbread cookies.  Chef Cassie's presentation and food rivals even the fanciest caterer in town.

Chef Cassandra provided 200 heart healthy mini-muffins to our 2010 Start! Heart Walk and they were terrific! Not only did they taste delicious but they were individually wrapped and everyone could tell how much work and “heart” went into them. Our guests enjoyed them and said they were delicious…in fact we saw a few people sneak 3 or 4 into their bags. That MUST mean a good muffin! Thank you so much Cassandra for your delicious muffins! The American Heart Association will be using your services again in the future.

I just wanted you to know that my sorors loved your dishes and they thought everything was delicious. We all enjoyed the lemon tarragon chicken salad, and needless to say, the miniature red velvet cupcakes with pecan cream cheese and the Kahlua truffles were a BIG hit.
